In the article, Gwyneth properly states that Vedge has been nationally recognized as being one of the country’s top vegan restaurants. She also points out that Vedge has been recognized as a top restaurant in the general category of “restaurants,” and not just “vegan restaurants.” Philadelphia is the hometown of Gwynn’s mom, Blythe Danner, and Kate and Richard provide a wonderful “insider foodie guide” to Philadelphia in the article.
